Operational manager of e-commerce goodwine in Wine Bureau (goodwine)

About the role:

The e-commerce operations manager is a person who keeps the entire order process: from the click customer before delivery. The role is for those who know how to work with a flow of tasks, see priorities.

Most processes are automated - it is important to be able to stay focused and make decisions.

What you need to do:

• Process online store and mobile application orders;
• Communicate with customers regarding corrections or order status (chat / calls);
• Coordinate work with pickers and logistics;
• Control the payment and refund process;
• Check the correctness of data in the system.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience in an e-commerce or operational role;
• Able toplan the working day and set priorities in the flow of tasks;
• Customer-oriented in communication;
• Confidently works with work programs, internal accounting systems and payment services;
• Attention to data and has experience with accompanying documentation;
• Responsible, independent and ready tomake decisions.

Terms:

• Official employment and social guarantees;
• Income: 40,000 UAH per trial period, from 50,000 UAH after;
• Hybrid work schedule (70% office / 30% remote):
• 5/2 or 6/1, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
