Operations Manager (IT-field) in FIN.SERV

FinServ is a company with more than 15 years of experience in the field of financial services for business in Ukraine.

Our clients are IT companies, manufacturing enterprises, distributors, service and commercial projects. We undertake the full range of financial processes: from accounting to management accounting, making them transparent, convenient and efficient.

We focus on building new, innovative approaches to financial services, with special attention to the IT sector, and aim to become a reliable partner for technology companies in the field of accounting and financial support.

This will be a dynamic environment, so we are looking for a person who will not just organize what is already there, but will also be able to see opportunities in processes, think strategically, and possess a wide range of tools for building a modern operating system of the company.

What you will do:

• Conduct an audit of existing business processes (they exist, but currently do not have a clear structure).

• Select and implement tools for teamwork (for example, Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp or similar).

• Build a transparent system of processes: standards, algorithms, templates, clear "rules of the game".

• Teach the team to work in new tools so that they simplify, not complicate, work.

• Become a management partner in matters of business efficiency, scaling and profitability.

• Help adapt our financial expertise to new requests IT clients.

Who we are looking for:

• A specialist with experience in operations management, business administration or internal project management.

• A person who sees a system where others see chaos.

• A practitioner who is well versed in modern team interaction tools, task management and document flow.

• A strategic thinker who knows how to see "bottlenecks" and turn them into growth points.

• A communicator who is able to involve a team and implement changes without excessive resistance.
