Operations Manager (Cleaning)

Main duties:

• Operational management of business processes at facilities;
• Selection, training, adaptation of personnel, team formation, personnel control;
• Efficient communication with the Customer;
• Control of the implementation of budgets, drawing up and implementation of a plan for competent optimization of unit costs;
• Control of the quality of work execution in accordance with service contracts;
• Maintenance of documentation , internal reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel management in an administrative position, preferably in the field of services or retail or production).
• Organizational skills;
• High level of communication, experience in negotiations;

• System-analytical thinking, assertiveness, efficiency, ability to compromise, rationalizing abilities, stress resistance.
