Requirements:

• experience of managing a medical institution from 5 years;

• ability to work in a team;

• understanding of internet marketing tools;
• high organizational skills;
• understanding of the clinic's key performance indicators, the ability to assess the effectiveness of each employee and the clinic as a whole;

• organization of medical, managerial and administrative-economic activities of the clinic;
• organization and coordination of the work of clinic employees;
• ensuring the fulfillment of planned financial indicators;
• the ability to effectively plan and organize all areas of the clinic's work;
• the ability to communicate correctly and effectively with staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

• organize profitable work of the clinic;
• material and non-material motivation of employees;

• management of document flow and reporting;

Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
