Operations manager in Kovalenko A. V., FOP

We are a manufacturing company that has been on the market for more than 5 years. We are expanding and improving every day. We have 45 food stores in Kyiv and the region. We are looking for an Operations Manager who will become the "engine" of processes in our retail network. • Stable schedule: 5/2 (Mon-Fri) from 08:00 to 17:00 (REMOTE). WITH RESIDENCE IN KYIV)

Your key tasks:

• Sales analytics: Building and maintaining complex tables to track the dynamics of product sales.
• Data visualization: Creating clear graphs and dashboards for display efficiency of retail outlets.
• KPI monitoring: Daily control of operational indicators (check, conversion, balances) through digital reports.
• Forecasting: Calculation of required volumes of purchases and stocks based on mathematical models.
• Optimization of reporting: Automation of data collection to reduce manual work.

We expect you to:

• Expert level of Excel/Google Sheets: (Pivot), complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and macros.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to see behind numbers real business processes and trends.
• Experience working with numbers: In analytics, finance or operational management (preferably in retail).
• Attention to details: A mistake in one number can change the whole schedule - we are looking for a perfectionist.
