Retail Account Manager in Smart Solutions

The company, which is a world leader in the market of water, sanitation and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources, is looking for aMmanager Retail Account Manager.

The role involves managing, developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with existing customers with a particular focus on growing new business by attracting potential customers with the goal of achieving sales figures and operating profit.

Functional:

• Management and development of clients to ensure stability and growth of profitable sales.
• Building and communication of strategic plans for development of clients and partnerships.
• Promotion of audit programs and digital solutions of the company (checklists cleaning, temperature control, training tools).
• Protection of client relations from competitive pressure by implementing innovative solutions.
• Coordination of cross-functional teams for the preparation and implementation of proposals and tenders.
• Regular meetings with clients at the HQ, regional level.
• Cooperation with field teams.
• Conducting Executive Business Reviews with a focus on business value client.
• Using data to demonstrate the impact of company decisions on the client's P&L
• Regular reporting on results and goal achievement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in key account management.
• Higher education and at least 3 years of experience. Education or experience in the field of food safety will be an advantage.
• Technical background (education or work experience).
• Basic skills in working with office programs.
• English at a conversational level (above average) and fluency in Ukrainian.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the working time.
• Valid driver's license category B license, driving experience.
