Now we are looking for an "Operations Manager"

Necessary skills:

• Experience in positions of an operational, logistic or administrative manager

• Knowledge document flow:invoices, acts, invoices, contracts, reconciliation acts.

• Basic understanding of the company's financial and logistics processes.

• Confident userCRM-systems; font-weight: none"> details, punctuality, the ability to control several processes at the same time.

Main duties:

• Organization and control invoicing, tracking payments and matching data in CRM / 1C / ERP.

• Control of the return of signed expense invoices, acceptance-handover certificates, reconciliation certificates.

• Interaction with the logistics department (control of terms and delivery confirmations).

• Operational communication with clients (informing about documents, payments, delivery status).

• Interaction with accounting, sales and legal departments to ensure the full cycle of the deal.

• Participation in improving operational processes and internal regulations.
