Work schedule: office/hybrid

Role:Translate ideas from one-pager into clear processes, requirements and integration Balance business and technology: modeling processes, describing contracts between services, preparing artifacts for development and testing - to create a boxed solution for a group of companies with local variations.

Your key tasks:

  • Decompose one-pager into AS-IS/TO-BE processes, BPMN 2.0 and UML sequence diagrams.
  • Form BRD/PRD, user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin); describe NFR (performance, security, localization, availability).
  • Design integrations: interaction protocols between services, API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger), events (Kafka), queues, idempotence, retries.
  • Describe data-flows, JSON/Avro schemes, directories, mappings; basic SQL validation of hypotheses/data.
  • Prepare user flow (web & app): catalog, PDP, cart, checkout, payments, delivery/pickup, profile, loyalty, pushes.
  • Together with QA, form test scenarios and traceability (requirement > test).
  • Conduct backlog refinement, grooming, coordinate changes with BE/FE/QA, support Confluence/Jira.
  • Work with localizations by country: "core vs local" rule; description of variations and feature flags.
  • Support UAT and release acceptance.

We would love to work together if you:

  • You have 3-5+ years as a Business/System Analyst in B2C digital (e-comm / mobile applications / high-load integrations);
  • You have BPMN 2.0, UML sequence, User Flow - portfolio of artifacts is a must;
  • You adhere to the API approach: REST/GraphQL, understanding of gRPC; OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman/Insomnia; idempotency, pagination, versioning, security (OAuth2/OIDC);
  • You work with integrations and event architecture (Kafka/queues), apply retry/timeout/backoff, deduplication;
  • You have practice in writing user stories with clear AC, NFR description;
  • You own tools: Jira/Confluence, draw.io/Lucid/Miro, Figma-read, basic Git-flow; reading logs in Kibana/Grafana is a plus;
  • You have a level of knowledgeEnglish: Upper-Intermediate+ (international stand-ups/artifacts).

It will be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience in the domain of e-commerce: catalogs, pricing/promotion, payment, antifraud, delivery, OMS/WMS, PIM, loyalty/CDP/CRM;
  • You understand the basic principles of GDPR/PII and PCI-DSS;
  • You are oriented in A/B tests and product analytics (activation, funnel, retention) - at the level of understanding without responsibility for metrics;
  • You design ER-diagrams and have basic SQL for verification data.

Important: send a portfolio of diagrams/artifacts (BPMN, sequence, API contract).
