We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Operations Manager. If you are not afraid to be actively involved in building a product from idea to launch, this is the role for you! You will start by helping the founder run the company, with the prospect of growing to Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Our product is a media platform in the field of Web3 and finance. We systematically develop content and launch new directions even in a "bear" market.

Our company is one of the leading media resources in Eastern Europe, specializing in cryptocurrency, blockchain and finance. The company is actively expanding: since 2022, it has chosen a strategy of development and scaling in the English-speaking market. With an audience of more than 2.2 million subscribers on YouTube and Telegram, have been leaders in the popularization of Web3 technologies since 2017.

The mission of the company is to increase financial literacy and satisfy the information needs of the audience, to regularly provide users with unique, reliable and useful content that improves their financial condition and promotes the implementation of blockchain technologies in everyday life.

One of the values of the company is the support of the Ukrainian army. The company and its team will regularly donate and help raise funds for defenders of Ukraine and their families.

Your main tasks

Start and onboarding (first month)

• Immerse yourself in the company's materials, processes and culture
• Get to know the teams and key products
• Participate in daily meetings and preparation of internal reports

Analytics and process improvement (first 3 months)

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and initiate at least 3 improvements (analytics, marketing, operational processes)

• Conduct product monetization analytics, propose mechanics to increase monetization and prepare an implementation strategy

• Prepare several launch scenarios for the AI content direction and its monetization

Operational management

• Take operational leadership of individual departments (e.g. marketing)

• Participate in execution control OKR and KPI by the team

• Optimize and improve internal business processes

Innovation and implementation of AI

• Implement a new AI-voice for the YouTube channel

• Test new approaches in analytics, marketing and content

• Monitor Web3/AI trends and propose ideas for product development

Leadership and development

• Gradually expand own area of responsibility and move to independent process management

• Participate in the formation and development of the organizational structure company, maintain high motivation

• Participate in strategic meetings

We expect

• 3+ years of experience Project Manager / Operations Manager in digital, IT or media
• Entrepreneurial experience or working in startups/digital projects
• Basic knowledge of crypto market and interest in media and content creation
• Financial literacy, analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data
• Readiness both planning a strategy and working "with your hands" - from negotiations to creating materials
• English from A2 with readiness to raise to B2
• Leadership, initiative, flexibility, attention to details, stress resistance
