Product Owner (Self-Service Terminals & Hybrid POS Systems)

Develop and improve products in the direction of self-service terminals and hybrid cash registers, ensuring their efficiency, user-friendliness and business effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

• Defining the vision, strategy and product roadmap in the direction of self-service.
• Forming and prioritizing the product backlog based on business goals, data and user feedback.
• Analyzing product usage (analytics, scenarios, performance indicators, failures) and making data-driven decisions.
• Developing and agreeing on requirements to new functionality, UX/UI improvements, integrations with related systems.
• Collaboration with other teams and departments for product implementation
• Acceptance of implemented functionality, evaluation of release results, user feedback management.
• Constant search for opportunities to increase product value - new features, partnerships, process optimization.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Product Owner / Product Manager experience in the digital or retail direction.
• Understanding the principles of product life cycle management (from discovery to delivery).
• Ability to work with analytical data, user insights and business requirements.
• Developed product mindset, ability to articulate and advocate value solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with self-service terminals, POS systems or cash register solutions.
• Understanding the architecture of integrations (API, back office, CRM).
• Knowledge of UX/UI basics and principles of building customer experience.
