Operations manager in Bit Apartments, OOO

Let's get to know each other - we are the Bit Apartments company, which has been successfully working in the field of daily apartment rental since 2016. We are looking for new employees for our friendly team. 

The vacancy has nothing to do with real estate, finding apartments or clients!!!

What will have to be done:

• work with booking platforms housing - Booking, Airbnb, Dobovo
• keep reports in the Exel program
• help guests with check-in arrangements - show apartments to customers who have already booked, hand over keys, take payment
• to be to communicate with guests and help them solve their problems
• advise customers about the availability of free apartments
• additional duties (if there is a desire to receive more)
