Retail operations manager in LPP Ukraine

LPP is an international Polish company that has been working successfully in the field of fashion and retail. Our company manages five recognizable brands:Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay.

Currently, we have already opened more than 250 stores in Ukraine.

We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our opportunities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for:

Retail Operations Manager

So, the main tasks will be:< /b>

• Optimization of interaction processes between stores and Central Office;
• Crisis management situations and implementation of continuous improvements to achieve financial goals and optimize business processes;
• Organization of supplies for stores of consumables / equipment necessary to ensure continuous operational activity;
• Control of expenses according to the budget ;
• Working with operational reporting.

Requirements for our candidates:

• Intermediate + (must have) English language level;
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• In-depth understanding of operational and business processes of retail trade;
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
