Operations Manager in AMO

And now we accept the challenge to answer the requests of our users and create phygital products, which will remove barriers on the way to a healthy life. These products will combine the physical goods people need to take care of themselves with a personalized digital experience.

This is a strategic step in AMO's development, and for launching a new direction, we are looking for an Operations Manager, who will be responsible for the execution of product release processes to the US and EU markets. This area is a startup in the middle of a sustainable business, so dynamism and involvement in various processes is guaranteed.

Your manager and project manager will be Roman, COO (ex-Deloitte), who has extensive experience in the creation and optimization of business processes. Roman is looking for a partner who achieves specific results, removes obstacles that appear in the process, and builds his work on interaction with people.

What you will achieve in this position:

• You will build a best-in-class operational e-commerce infrastructure for the rapid launch of new products.

< b style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Construction of operational processes, incl with Supply, Transportation and Customer Experience and their integration into Amo's cross-team interaction.
• Day-to-day troubleshooting and doing everything to quickly bring products to market.
• Building a network of partners and contractors .

Expertise required:

• Experience in operational roles from 3 years. You understand the interdependencies of complex processes and know what an effective solution to daily operations and "fighting fires" is.
• Experience in building processes from scratch. You built structured processes, from the initial analysis of business needs to the creation of a full work cycle, its evaluation and scaling.
• Fluency in English (level B2+), necessary for international communication with partners and suppliers.
