The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy "Project Manager"
Main duties :
General planning and management of the project at all its stages.
Definition of goals, stages and necessary resources for the successful implementation of the project.
Management of the budget, deadlines and resources.
Monitoring the quality of task performance and compliance with the requirements of donors and partners.
Risk management and development of strategies to minimize them.
Regular communication with donors, partners and team to ensure transparency and project effectiveness.
Preparation of reporting (financial and descriptive) for donors and partners.
Coordination of team work, support and motivation to achieve set goals.
Evaluation of project results and its impact.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education (preferably in the field of project management, management, social sciences or related disciplines).
Skills in budget management, financial planning and control.
High organizational skills, the ability to work with a large amount of information and set priorities.
Experience work with international donors partners, government institutions.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and build partnership relationships.
Experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (oral and written communication).
A confident user of MS Office, Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).
