We are looking for a strategic partner for a CEO - an entrepreneurial leader who is ready to influence the company's development, discover new growth opportunities and take bold decisions that matter.

Your tasks:

• Form and implement the company strategy together with the CEO;

• Identify growth points and launch strategic initiatives;

• Manage key business functions and take important management decisions solutions;

• Interact with investors, partners, regulators and other key stakeholders;

• Ensure operational efficiency and business scaling.

Who we are looking for:

• Experienced manager with experience in fast-growing or large companies;

• Vacant command of the English language (others are a plus, but not necessary);

• Strong experience in fintech, investment or related fields is a big plus;

• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building and scaling a business;

• Experience in collection, credit risk, retail banking;

• Experience in C-level, VP or Director positions;

• Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking and team management experience;

• Willingness to relocate to Manila and work offline.
