Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of annual operational goals and detailed sales plans in accordance with business objectives;
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the functions sales management of Sportlife according to business objectives;
• Management of personnel and effective communication, integration and curation with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, technical, operations and schedules);
• Effective solutions in the face of competitive environment,  trends and opportunities sales;
• Create, update and maintain standard quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plan;
• Create, update and maintainstandard monthly and weekly sales plan;
• Track products, sales and marketing activities competitorsand changing strategy accordingly;
• Forecasting, budgeting and tracking account revenueand expenses;
• Managing post-campaign resultsincluding customer calls, expectations, deadlines and general management campaigns

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher;
• Work experience of 3 years in the position of Operations Director in large companies;
• Able to manage processes; Be able to manage a team. development;
• A clear and understandable KPI system;
• Non-trivial, interesting tasks within the business;
