We are looking for another Talent Sourcer to join our team. We expect that you will quickly get used to the pace of work, understand the specifics of vacancies and become a partner for our recruiters. Our team is called the Local Business Unit. We specialize in business vacancies for the Ukrainian market. Currently in the team: 4 recruiters, 1 sorcer and 1 lead. 

you use creatives, you complete communication in such a way that candidates return to you after a certain time.
  • Understanding the strengths of the vacancy and the ability to present them to candidates.
  • Orientation to the result: work with large volumes (from 500 to 1000 contacted candidates per month).
  • Resistance to stress and perseverance, because we have unique positions that require creative approaches.
  • Skills in working with sourcing tools, including plugins, automation and analytics systems.
  • Interest in working with vacancies in such departments as: People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing.

    • Will be a plus:

      • Experience with ATS (we use Lever).
