Main responsibilities:
Operational Management
Ensure uninterrupted operation of the medical center and coordination of daily operations.
Organization of the work of personnel: medical workers, administrators, technical personnel.
Development and control of the implementation of internal regulations, procedures and service standards.
Administrative and organizational function
Planning and optimization of work schedules, workload, flows patients.
Control of medical documentation in accordance with current legislation.
Interaction with other structural units of the university.
Financial and resource support
Formation of budgetary needs and control of resource use.
Optimization of costs, effective management of material stocks, equipment and procurement.
Control of contractual work, suppliers and contractors.
Quality and safety
Ensuring compliance of the center with medical standards, protocols and regulations of the Ministry of Health.
Organization of measures to improve the quality of medical services and patient service.
Control of compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and security techniques.
Development and change management
Implementation of digital solutions, service updates, process optimization.
Preparation of analytical reports, proposals for the development of the medical center.
Participation in strategic planning of the development of university services.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education (medicine, management, health care management or related specialties).
Experience in a managerial position in a medical institution of 2-3 years.
Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts in the field of health care.
Experience in managing personnel and medical processes.
Strategic planning skills,analytics, working with the budget.
A confident user of digital medical systems and office tools.
Developed competencies: leadership, communication, responsibility, systems thinking, stress resistance.
