Forming a strong team of managers, administrators and sellers.

Ensuring compliance standards of quality, sanitation and service.

Main duties

Management of all business processes of the network (purchasing, sales, logistics, personnel).

Analysis of financial indicators, planning budget, cost control.

Implementation of motivation systems and KPIs for personnel.

Quality control of customer service and compliance with corporate standards.

Monitoring of the market, competitors, new trends in food retail.

Practical experience in managing financial results.

High level of organization, leadership qualities, strategic thinking.

Ability to work with analytics and accounting systems (1C, Excel, BI will be an advantage).

Understanding of layout standards, merchandising, HACCP is desirable.
