Requirements:

Our candidate must have experience in:

? Managing large projects in hospitality and/or commercial real estate

? Creating a business strategy

? Project budgeting

? Knowledge of technical processes

? Marketing strategy developers

Working conditions: full time 9.00-18.00

Responsibilities:

? Development and implementation of a step-by-step plan for opening an apartment hotel

? Development of an operational model of hotel management

? Profitability forecast and steps to implement the development strategy

? Formation of a team

? Procurement and equipment control

? Getting the necessary permits and licenses

? Formation and control of the opening budget

? Developing a marketing strategy

? Setting and keeping the opening date
