You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• knowledge pharmaceutical market and legislative requirements;
• experience in business management, finance and analytics;
• strategic planning, sales and marketing skills;
• personnel management (recruitment, training, motivation);
• communication, organization, stress resistance; confident command of MS Office, 1C, Excel, CRM. of the region: opening new pharmacies, improving the efficiency of existing locations;
• analysis of indicators, preparation of reports and implementation of corrective measures;
• budget planning, cost control and optimization of resources;
• team management: selection, training, motivation and evaluation of personnel;
• implementation of quality standards, KPI control, improvement of the efficiency of pharmacies;
• ensuring the smooth operation of the divisions and the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
