Operations Director of the Agro enterprise in Astarta-Kiyiv

Our company "Astarta-Kyiv" invites you to join the "Operations Director" team.

Your key tasks in the position:

• operational management of agriculture with a full cycle of activities in the areas of crop and livestock production;

• ensuring the implementation of production plans in terms of productivity, cattle productivity, cost and quality;

• managing production processes in accordance with corporate standards, technological maps and regulations of the holding;

• coordination of the work of heads of areas (plantation, animal husbandry, engineering and service services);

• planning and control of the use of key resources: land bank, livestock, equipment, personnel;

• control of compliance with technologies, standards biosafety, occupational health and environmental requirements;

• participation in the formation and implementation of the AF operating budget;

• analysis of production indicators, deviations and implementation of corrective measures;

• implementation and control of KPI execution of production divisions;

• ensuring the interaction of agro-forming with the central functions of the holding.

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• higher specialized education (agronomy, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering);

• work experience in managerial operational positions in agrarian companies / agricultural holdings;

• practical experience of managing large production units in crop and/or cattle breeding;

• deep understanding of crop production technologies and production processes in animal husbandry;

• experience working with production indicators, budgets and KPI;

• management skillsteams and decision-making in a production environment;
