Operations Director / Head of Development in Howly

We are a private kindergarten and school with an established educational system, a strong team and clear internal processes. We are looking for a practical manager who will take responsibility for the financial result and business development.
Main tasks: • Development and implementation of the kindergarten and school development strategy. • Construction, optimization and control of business processes. • Management of financial indicators: income, expenses, profitability, occupancy of groups/classes. • Formation and control of pricing of educational services. • Planning and control of marketing and advertising (in cooperation with contractors). • Analysis of the market, competitors, demand. • Control of KPI performance by the administrative team. • Preparation of management reports for the founder. • Responsibility for the final result of business activity.
We expect from the candidate: • Experience of managing a business or division of 3 years or more. • Experience with financial indicators and budgeting. • Understanding of marketing, sales, customer acquisition funnels. • Ability to build and control processes. • Analytical thinking, systematicity, responsibility. • Experience in educational, service or family-oriented projects will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
