Operations director for confectionery production in Shokoladoff, TOV

Our company specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality sweets. We have been on the Ukrainian market for more than 16 years. We invite for cooperation an experienced Director with experience in production.

Place of work: Kyiv, str. Sverstyuka 1, Livoberezhna

 Requirements:

• Experience in management positions from 5 years;
• Experience of working in a large food industry, preferably Confectionery;
• Understanding the specifics of food/confectionery production;
• Ability to work with a team and supervise workers procession;
• Experience in optimizing and improving production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization\automation\adjustment of a large confectionery production;
• Management of the production process;
• Close cooperation with the Owner;
• Resolving all work issues and arising problems.
