Operations director in a marketing agency in IDEALSECRETS

Main responsibilities:

• Management of all operational processes of the agency to ensure efficient work of the team and high quality of services.

• Optimization of business processes , including automation, introduction of new technologies and improvement of internal communication.

• Development and implementation of strategic plans for the company's development together with the CEO and other managers.

• Control of financial indicators of operational activity, including budgeting , cost control and profitability analysis of projects.

• Formation, development and motivation of the team, including personnel selection, training and resolution of conflict situations.

• Ensuring compliance with high quality standards when providing services to clients .

Requirements:

• Higher education in business, marketing, management or similar.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management positions in the field of marketing or advertising business.

• Experience in managing operational processes, developing and implementing development strategies.

• Strong leadership skills qualities, the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• High level of analytical skills and the ability to work with financial indicators.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
