Main tasks:

• Participation in the development and implementation of the company's development strategy; 
• Achieving growth plans for key KPIs, including increasing business profitability, increasing turnover and profits;
• Managing unit-economy of the company;
• Organization of effective sales in sales channels: group, retail networks, own retail, Internet channels;
• Conducting negotiations with key partners;
• Organizing the company's daily operational work and working with department heads to implement strategic decisions and achieve KPIs;
• Promoting and managing the endless process of transformation and development of the company.
