Financial director (construction company) in MetTransServis

METTRANSSERVIS LLC invites the financial director to cooperate.

Requirements:

• Higher education. Work experience in a construction or manufacturing company for at least 5 years in the position of chief accountant, financial director.
• Ability to work with financial instruments and programs;
• Ability to quickly plan cash flows and set limits ;
• High responsibility, analytical mindset, sociability, attentiveness, initiative, organizational skills.
• Ability to correctly distribute tasks and set priorities.
• Ability to find and propose non-standard solutions.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the full cycle of management and financial accounting.
• Building the company's financial model;
• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to achieve business goals;
• Working with the company's income and expenses based on financial planning and weekly allocation of funds;
• Organization of budgeting, preparation and analysis of budget implementation;
• Improvement of management and accounting;
• Tax planning and optimization of the tax burden;
• Analysis cost effectiveness and development of recommendations for optimization of business processes;
• Interaction with banks, financial institutions and partners on issues of financial operations;
