Operations Director in M'yasiko

Company "Myasiko" is a leading producer and supplier of meat products in the Chernihiv region. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the grocery store network.

• Ensuring compliance with cleanliness and sanitary standards in sales halls and warehouses.

• Control of display product, in accordance with the company's merchandising standards.

• Development and conduct of staff training, mentoring and improvement of employee performance.

• Management of business processes: planning, cost optimization, quality control of customer service.

• Coordination of the work of store managers and department heads.

• Reporting to the owner/top management about the performance of the network.

• Availability of a driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel to a network of stores.
