Your area of responsibility

• Full management of the operational activities of the store network.
• Implementation of sales, margin and operating profit plans.
• Control of service standards, display, cash register disciplines.
• Management of product balances, losses, write-offs.
• Building a transparent KPI system for regional managers and store administrators.
• Optimizing costs and increasing the efficiency of each outlet.
• Participation in opening new stores and scaling the network.
• Regular management reporting (based on numbers, and not explanations).

• Experience of managing a retail network from 3 years.
• Experience in the position of operational / regional director.
