Zones responsibilities

  • Reception, registration and processing of user requests (Service Desk).
  • Technical support of employees (PCs, laptops, peripherals, software).
  • Primary diagnostics and elimination of incidents.
  • Configuration of workplaces, accounts, accesses.
  • Support of office services (mail, file services, office Software).
  • Onboarding of new employees (technical training, access).
  • Recording of applications and knowledge base.
  • Other technical support of users

What is NOT included in this role

  • Software development.
  • Designing IT architecture.
  • Working with budgets or procurement.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in IT support or Service Desk (from 1 year).
  • Understanding the principles of Windows, office software, networks at a basic level.

Will be an advantage
