We are looking for a person who knows how to manage commercial, production and logistics processes in one circuit: from order to finished products and their delivery without failures.
What will need to be done
Ensure the coordinated work of production, logistics, procurement, warehouse and commerce.
Plan and control the fulfillment of orders: deadlines, quality, resources.
Build a clear interaction between production, sales, finance and customer service.
Implement regular meetings, planning, a transparent reporting system.
2. Process management
Analyze existing processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
Optimize costs, automate repetitive operations.
Establish work standards and quality control for all sites.
Ensure order, safety and predictability in production.
3. Team
Strengthen the management chain: foremen, heads of areas, responsible roles.
Conduct strategic and operational meetings, set measurable goals.
Develop a culture of responsibility and cooperation - without micromanagement.
4. Finance and analytics
Maintain weekly operational analytics: plans, results, deviations.
Analyze costs, make suggestions for improving efficiency.
Plan and control the operating budget.
Candidate requirements
3-5+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or service company.
Deep understanding of processes: production, logistics, planning, quality, interaction with sales.
Experience in building regulations, KPI, reporting systems.
Strong analytics: cost optimization, planning, working with indicators.
Leadership skills: structure, ability to resolve conflicts, organize a team.
Experience in roboticsyou with CRM/ERP is an advantage.
