Duties:
- Participation in the development and implementation of digital campaigns (SMM, target and KMS, SEO, content marketing);
- Support of a single tone of voice and project identity in digital communications;
- Formation and launch of advertising campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok (together with agencies);
- Coordination of digital activities between projects (Royal House / Park Royal / Oxford);
- Development of content plans together with the marketing department;
- Preparation of technical tasks for designers, copywriters, videographers, target specialists;
- Control of filling sites and landing pages (updating content, relevance, usability);
- Configuration and control CRM systems (structure of funnels, sources, tagging, statuses, automation);
- Integration and control of telephony (analytics of calls, sources, records, distribution);
- Building end-to-end analytics;
- Formation of TK and control of reporting of contractors and channels (Meta, Ads, marketplaces);
- Quality audit and validation leads;
- Proposals on optimizing advertising costs and increasing the effectiveness of campaigns;
- Cooperation with SMM manager, PR manager, designer, contractors. Coordination with the sales department and CRM manager to align the funnel;
- Participation in the development of digital materials for offline events.
Requirements:
- Experience: from 2 years in the field of digital marketing (in the field of real estate - the main advantage);
- Knowledge and skills: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager. Understanding of the principles of SEO, targeted and contextual advertising;
- Knowledge of CRM tools;
- Understanding the structure of the marketing funnel and work with lead generation;
- Skills in setting up TK on creatives/content;
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and optimize campaigns;
