We are looking for a Strong Middle Operations Manager / Project Systems Manager (part-time 1-4 hours/day)
We are an innovative studio where dozens of projects are born: from IT products and marketing services to international startups.
About the role:
We are looking for an operational brain for the company - someone who sees chaos and turns it into a structured, manageable system. This is not an admin, not a super?PM, not a content specialist and not an analyst. You will work as an "operational founder" responsible for the result, not for "worked hours".
Mission:
Keep the company's daily pace by coordinating the team and processes.
Collect, structure and control tasks from all directions.
Update and maintain the company's Operations Map.
Remove from micromanagement of the founder, leaving only critical decisions.
Main tasks:
Building and maintaining the operational structure: maintaining the Operations Map, distributing tasks to 4 cash?engines, fixing gaps and blocks.
Collecting and structuring tasks: catching tasks from calls, notes, chaotic communications; setting tasks for the team; maintaining a single table of tasks; execution control.
Pace and rhythm management: daily Ops Report, deadline control, early identification of risks, precise requests to the founder.
Team coordination: full-time specialists (various levels, from junior to senior) and freelancers.
Infrastructure and documents: Notion, Google Sheets, CRM, templates, freelancer maps, project structure.
We expect the candidate to:
Have systems thinking and know how to structure chaos.
Proactive, responsible, emotionally stable, able to make decisions without full context.
Possess multi-streaming: simultaneously coordinates 5-10 people and 5+ directions.
Experience working with freelancers, Notion, Google Sheets, Trello.
Accustomed to work at a fast pace, form tasks independently, keep daily micro-reports.
Able to communicate and set frameworks firmly, but without toxicity.
We are not we are looking for:
Analysts, marketers, SMM specialists, content people.
People who need constant instructions or a "slow pace".
Corporate PMs who are not used to chaos or those who cannot keep the team in rhythm.
Mode work:
1–4 hours a day, high concentration.
Daily short sessions (5–10 min).
Quick start — the first results in 24 hours.
Independent formation of 70% of tasks.
Key KPIs:
.Daily Ops Report until 14:00.
