Tasks you will face:

• Analysis of current processes and operational models
• Creating a plan for the implementation of the operational model created by the partner
• Ensuring compliance with established deadlines and optimal use of resources
• Working with all stakeholders (staff, suppliers, partners) for successful implementation?
• Team support during the transition to new models
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of project implementation??
• Preparation of status reports implementing operating models for management
• Providing suggestions for improving operating models based on received data and feedback
