Technical support engineer (IT) in Metinvest Digital

The mode of work for this position is shift.
Schedule: 1st day - day shift (12 hours); 2nd day - night shift (12 hours); 3rd and 4th day - weekend. 
Evening and night hours are paid at an increased rate.

KEY TASKS:

• Installation and administration of user workstations under Windows OS management.
• Installation of standard and specialized software.
• Search, analysis and correction of software errors in the operation of software and operating systems.
• Maintenance and block repair of computer equipment.
• Configuration and maintenance of servers under the management of Windows Server of various versions.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• You are able to perform tasks assigned to the technical support group in a timely and quality manner.
• You have a solid knowledge of client versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and MacOs (preferred).
• Experience in system administration of workstations, as well as servers based on MS Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of typical configurations, characteristics of SVT components, peripheral and network equipment and their compatibility.
• Basic concepts of the principles of structured cable networks (SCM).
• Able to work with technical documentation, instructions, manuals and methods of major hardware manufacturers security.
• Responsible, disciplined, sociable.
