Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations with good knowledge of financial regulations.
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations, policies and procedures of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the National Bank of Poland.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and make good judgments.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend required meetings.
- Level of knowledge of Polish C1 and English B1.
Responsibilities:
- Operational supervision of the branch in Poland, ensuring compliance with all policies and branch operating procedures.
- Facilitating customer awareness and education regarding banking services, including digital banking opportunities.
- Managing security policies in branches.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Control over the risk processes in each transaction and effective detection of fraudulent transactions are key to preventing losses.
- Assistance in various tasks related to the maintenance and administration of the company, such as preparation and circulation of documents, research and collection of documents.
- Managing a team of subordinate employees, planning their work, setting working hours and periodic employee evaluation.
- Manage operations, finance and sales with the support of an existing dedicated team.
- Searching, selecting and evaluating subcontractors to complete orders.
