Basic tasks:

• Setting up and supporting the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system.
• Setting up and supporting the IBM system Maximo.
• Setting up and supporting the IBM Planning Analytics system
• Working with users to identify and resolve technical issues .
• Ensuring data security and legal compliance.
• Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for users.< /li>
• Training and training of personnel.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in information technology, computer science, business administration, energy or similar specialties.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Fi - will be a significant advantage.
• Advanced computer skills: knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Windows client versions. 
• It is desirable to have experience in technical support for the operation of information systems.< /span>
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical tasks
