We are looking for an Office Manager to join the Universe Group team.

  • Caring for our office: it should be comfortable and attractive so that each of we felt comfortable and safe in it.
  • Quality suppliers are the key to success! You need to find new suppliers, monitor, negotiate the best terms and gather feedback from the team to make sure everyone is happy.
  • You are the first person a new university student will see in our office, so to make his first day as comfortable as possible, you will be responsible for preparing the best workplace, help with documentation and introduce him to our cool office.
  • You will be responsible for all merch and greeting employees, all this will go through you.

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, or have worked as a personal assistant or an administrator in the HoReCa field
  • "You" with a computer and with ease with new programs
  • You have experience and skills at the "Guru" level with Google Sheets and Task Management Tools (Notion or Trello).
  • You can work in multitasking mode and your strengths are time management and prioritization .
  • You are not afraid of responsibility and you are not ashamed to turn your most creative ideas into reality. Fast, high-quality and turnkey.
  • You can always be relied on and be sure that everything will be done conscientiously, qualitatively and on time.
  • Details are important! You pay attention to details , you enjoy organization and aesthetics.
  • You have a black belt in communication and you can negotiate the best terms of cooperation with contractors. Satisfied colleagues and solved local problems are the achievements you are proud ofyou eat

And it will be a plus if you have:

  • English is not lower than the Intermediate level.
  • Experience with Figma.
