Lead Generator manager (UpWork)

Hello, we are web+mobile production INCREATE !

We are looking for a Lead Generator (UpWork), with the possibility of development to Sales Manager

Our agency is growing, so we are looking for a person with great communication skills who wants to develop in the field of sales and is ready to learn .

Our ideal candidate has:

• English level B2-C1;
• Understanding the specifics of UpWork or LinkedIn;
• Ability to quickly learn and work with a large amount of information;
• Communication with foreign customers;
• Experience in writing Cover Letters;

Not required, but would be a plus:

• Understanding of web services and UI/UX development services;

Your future duties:

• Generation of relevant projects on UpWork;
• Search and attraction of potential customers (USA, Europe, Australia);
• Research contacts and projects according to the specified profile;
• Writing Cover Letters;
• Closing deals;
• Participation in team meetings, brainstorming and planning of new activities.

Training:

• Our company provides a full training training week and materials to develop the skills of the lead generator;
• You will learn to work with special tools for collecting and analyzing customer data;
• Your manager will provide feedback and support in the learning and work process.
