Vacancy: Office manager + operational printing worker

Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (small adjustments are possible)

We are a friendly operational printing studio that works quickly, accurately and with attention to detail.
We print for businesses and people: documents, printing, branded products, souvenirs.

We are looking for a universal specialist who:

• feels comfortable in with a computer

• knows how to organize a process

• is not afraid of technology

• likes when the work is done clearly and on time

Main duties As an office manager:

• receiving clients in the office and online

• processing orders (verbally, messengers, mail)

• consultation of customers on services (no cold sales)

• management of orders from reception to delivery

• control of deadlines

• basic work with documents, invoices, orders

?? As a operational printing worker:

• preparation of files for printing (at the basic level)

• printing on digital equipment

• cutting, lamination, booklet making and other post-press processing

• quality control of finished products

• maintaining order in the workplace place

Experience in printing is desirable, but not mandatory.
We teach if there is a desire to learn and work.

Our expectations Mandatory:

• confident use of a computer

• quick typing, working with files

• basic understanding of Windows, folders, file formats

• attention to details

• ability to work quickly and without constant supervision

• responsibility and self-discipline

Will be a plus:

• experience in printing / copy centers

• basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDRAW

• experience working with clients

• understanding deadlines and priorities
