Occupational safety engineer in Everstar

One of our key clients specializes in the development and production of unmanned vehicles and related equipment. The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs.

Now they are looking for an Occupational Safety Engineer.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Risk-orientation - working with causes and risks, not with papers and consequences
• Proactivity - finds problems and comes up with solutions, not waiting for incidents
• Business - communication. Not a "controller", but a partner who speaks the language of results and efficiency.
• Owning modern personnel training methods

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of preventive measures aimed at improving safety of labor
• Ensuring the functioning of the labor protection system in accordance with current legislation
• Conducting various types of labor protection training
• Participation in the process of identifying risks and their assessment
• Participation in the investigation of incidents
