We are currently looking for an Ijob support engineer to support our bank

For successful work, we expect from you:

  • Higher technical education or a relevant specialty at a non-technical university
  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year (working experience in the banking sector is welcome)
  • Deep understanding of the model range and modern market of computing and peripheral equipment and related equipment (PC/TC/Notebooks/MFP/etc.)
  • Basic understanding of the principles of accounting and management of fixed assets in ERP systems
  • Understanding of the principles of tender procurement and supply management is welcome
  • Experience of supporting applied software and peripheral equipment
  • Understanding the principles of building a Service Desk and the processes of 3-level support of IT services, respectively
  • Experience in building and supporting incident, problem, and Knowledge Base management processes is welcome
  • Personal organization and working time management
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team

Your daily tasks will be:

tender purchases of IT fixed assets
  • Interaction with internal customers and coordination of work with other structural divisions of the Bank and outsourcing companies regarding the implementation of user requests
  • Adherence to time frames in accordance with SLA
  • Introduction of proposals to optimize and improve the quality of services (services) provided to users
  • Using and filling the "Knowledge Base" with typical solutions
  • distribution of tasks and workload monitoring among colleagues
