Functional duties:

• Control of measures to create safe and healthy working conditions at the enterprise.
• Control of compliance with the requirements of current legislation on labor protection, rules, standards, norms, regulations, instructions on labor protection, industrial sanitation.
• Conducting certification of workplaces according to working conditions, work on identification and risk assessment on safety issues
• Organization of training for employees on OS issues, rules for providing first aid to accident victims, rules for behavior in the event of accidents in accordance with the current Regulations on Training.
• Providing methodological assistance to units in developing new and revising outdated instructions on labor protection, as well as drawing up programs for training employees in safe work methods.
• Participation in investigations and analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, in the development of measures for their prevention with the help of the RCA tool.
• Preparation of reports in the specified terms and according to the established forms.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Understanding of production and technological processes;
• Skills in conducting audits from OP, behavioral audits for safety and operation of production equipment;
• Competence in the development of instructions, procedures and programs from OP.
