We are a financial and logistics holding that has a significant market share of transport and forwarding services in the field of foreign trade and representation in Europe. The company provides partners with comprehensive outsourcing services for supply chain management and financial services.
from scratch(Greenfield):- selection of location and launch of warehouses in specified cities;
- formation of operating model 3PL / 4PL.
- warehouse operations;
- IT / WMS;
- sales and customer service.
- fulfillment (pick, pack, ship, returns);
- dropshipping;
- cross-docking;
- SLA and KPI for customers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in a managerial position (CEO / COO / Head of Logistics / Project Manager) of 3-5 years.
- Experience of starting projects or businesses from scratch is a great advantage.
- Practical experience in 3PL / 4PL, fulfillment, warehouse logistics.
- Understanding warehouse logistics processes, fulfillment, dropshipping, integrations with marketplaces.
- Experience in building and controlling a sales force.
- Experience with WMS / ERP / CRM.
- Financial literacy, understanding of P&L.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills skills.
- Result orientation, strategic thinking.
- English language - intermediate level and above.
- The possibility of free movement in Ukraine.
