Functional:

• To develop an effective occupational health and safety management system, to contribute to the improvement of activities in this direction of each structural unit and each official.
• Organize studies of working conditions at workplaces, inspection of the technical condition of equipment.
• Conducts introductory briefings and preliminary special training and testing of knowledge on labor protection issues.
• Participate in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents, analysis of their causes, development of measures for their prevention and elimination.
• Organize:

a) provision of workers with rules, standards, regulations, regulations, instructions and other normative documents on labor protection;

b) accounting, analysis of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents, as well as losses from these events;

c) preparation of enterprise statistical reports on labor protection issues;

d) development of prospective and current work plans of the enterprise to create safe and harmless working conditions;

• Participate in the development of provisions, instructions, other regulatory acts on labor protection that are in effect at the enterprise and in the implementation of measures to create safe and healthy working conditions, rational modes of work and rest taking into account the specifics of production.
• Control:

a) compliance with current legislation, cross-industry, sectoral and other regulatory acts on labor protection, compliance by employees with technological processes, rules for handling machines, mechanisms, equipment, tools and other means of production, use of means of collective and individual protection, implementation works in accordance with the requirements of labor protection, fulfillment of the requirements of job instructions, instructions on labor protection by professions and types of work;

b) compliance with regulations on labor protection of buildings and structures, machines, mechanisms, equipment, vehicles, technological processes, means of emergency, collective and individual protection of workers,

in ) timely training and briefing of employees, certification and re-certification on labor protection issues of officials and persons performing high-risk work, as well as compliance with safety requirements during the performance of these works;

d) provision of workers with personal protective equipment, medical and preventive food, milk or equivalent food products, detergents, sanitary facilities; organization of a drinking regime, providing employees with the benefits and compensations provided by law, related to difficult and harmful working conditions;

d) implementation of measures, orders, orders on labor protection issues, as well as measures aimed at eliminating the causes of accidents and accidents specified in the investigation documents;

Wishes for the candidate's experience:

• Higher professional education;
• Experience in a similar position for 3 years or more;

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of labor protection;
• English language - pre-intermediate or higher;
• Has practical experience in solving complex issues, obtaining permits, successful experience in passing inspections;
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility decision.
