HR manager in Agrotrade

AGROTRADE agricultural holding, one of the largest in the field of production, processing, storage and trade of agricultural products, invites a HR manager< /strong>.

Working hours:9:00-18:00 Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Search for employees for vacant positions: agronomists, mechanics, engineers, accountants, storekeepers, machinists, etc.
• Conducting initial interviews, providing candidates for consideration by the internal customer, organization of all stages in the process of closing the vacancy until the candidate completes the probationary period
• Management of the process of adaptation of hired employees
• Providing the necessary information and documents to other structural units for registration for work
• Taling of employees of the Poltava office and providing a timesheet for accrual of salary to the personnel department
< li>Analysis of the labor market (May-June) and providing information to the manager for further revision of salaries in the AGROTRADE Group
• Participation in various projects of the personnel department (surveys, testing, training, personnel evaluation, etc.)

Requirements:

• Work experience from 1 year or training with practice in recruiting personnel on specialized sites, in FB and Telegram;
• Higher education;
• Strong organizational and communication skills; Willingness to use your Facebook and LinkedIn profile to post job vacancies, including in various professional communities.
