We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to contribute to our innovative projects.

Work conditions:

• Probationary period: 3 months
• Work schedule: flexible working schedule, 8-hour working day, five-day workweek

Hiring process:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (Vanilla/Typescript).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize frameworks such as NestJS, NextJS, or Express to build efficient and robust applications.
• Create and optimize SQL/NoSQL database designs from scratch.
• Apply software design principles to enhance the quality and performance of the codebase.
• Work in an Agile environment and apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

Main Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js (Vanilla/Typescript).
• Experience with one or more of the following frameworks: NestJS, NextJS, Express.
• Strong skills in designing and optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of software design principles.
• Comfortable working in Agile and Design Thinking environments.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or better).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Solidity
• Skills in writing technical documents, tracking technical debt, and understanding refactoring processes.
