- Location: Kharkiv city and Kharkiv region (field work, regular trips to communities in priority areas: Izyumskyi, Bogodukhivskyi)

Main responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and implementation of the multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA) component within the project.
- Registration of project participants by phone or in person.
- Checking beneficiaries for vulnerability criteria and participating in assessments in accordance with policies and project procedures to identify vulnerable households.
- Ensuring adequate service to beneficiary households in accordance with defined standards and guidelines. Coordinating with mobile health teams to identify eligible individuals during medical visits.
- Ensuring data entry into the Building Blocks system to avoid duplication.
- Facilitating effective, positive and impactful relationships with local communities as well as other partners including NGOs, international and governmental structures.
- Providing refugees with the necessary information and support regarding the procedures and activities related to cash assistance.
- Daily or as needed reporting on the progress of program implementation, updating the database and transferring key information to the project coordinator.
- Monitoring and controlling the distribution of cash assistance in cooperation with the financial department and the MEAL team, ensuring compliance with CVA standards.
- Conducting post-distribution monitoring (PDM), response to complaints and proposals of beneficiaries, implementation of agreed recommendations in close cooperation with the MEAL specialist.
- Assistance in the preparation of regular reports throughout the entire period of project implementation.
- Ensuring proper documentation, storage and updating of reliable information, creation of a clear document archiving system.
- Performance of representative functions with the aim of increasing the visibility of the project and the organization among beneficiaries and communities.
- Identifying and using a deep understanding of local cocontext and specifics of the communities in which the project is implemented.
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the management during all stages of project implementation.
Requirements
Education and experience:
- Higher education in the field of social work, in humanities or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in humanitarian response, particularly in cash assistance programs and/or team management.
- Understanding of principles and activities related to Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA).
- Experience with UN funding tools and procedures (e.g. UHF) preferred.
- Working skills with the Building Blocks platform will be an advantage.
High level of organization, responsibility and attention to details. Analytical thinking, ability to self-learn and make decisions. Flexibility, stress resistance and focus on results. Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage. What we are we offer
