We are currently looking for a  Motion Designer for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). Key area of responsibility:
— Ideation: generation of the visual component of creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team;
—Production: development of video creatives for product promotion in advertising networks (Facebook, Tik-Tok, YouTube);
—Cooperation: close cooperation with the marketing department and discussing ideas for improving the work of existing creatives;
—Experiments: testing new tools, effects, plug-ins, creating project templates for more efficient work;
—Creative research: analyzing advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design;
—Analytics: Analyzing creatives and building hypotheses based on them results.

Our expectations from candidates:
— Commercial experience — from 1.5 years;
— Practical knowledge of After Effects (2 years), Photoshop (2 years), Illustrator (1 year), Figma (1 year), knowledge of Blender and Cinema 4D will be a plus;
— Experience with CupСat;
— Practical experience in video editing, knowledge of Premiere Pro;
— Practical knowledge Ai (Midjourney, Elevenlabs, RunWay, Remini, HeyGen, Sora, PixVerse) and the like;
— Practical use of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer) and the like;
— Basic video shooting skills (understanding the principles of lighting and composition in the frame);and coloristics;
— High level of creativity and the ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements;
— Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project;
— Competent assessment of time and resources needed to complete tasks, independent time management skills.
