Junior IT Project Manager in Room15 Digital

Room15 Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that has been developing and implementing modern IT solutions for businesses of any complexity since 2019.

We are currently looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager who wants to develop in the world of IT projects, is not afraid to take responsibility and learn from a team of experienced colleagues. What we expect from you:

• You have 3-6 months of relevant experience in the position of Project Manager (suitable internship/part-time/volunteer projects);
• You communicate confidently, know how to ask questions, stay focused and stay calm even when things don't go according to plan;
• You know how to communicate in English and are not afraid to speak - level English B1+ or higher;
• You have a general idea, what is web development, teams of designers, developers and QA;
• You are familiar with the concepts of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and their differences;
• Used JIRA, Confluence, Figma;
• You know how to think logically, set priorities and are focused on the result.

Your future tasks:

• Be a point of contact for the customer and the team;
• Collect the customer's wishes and turn them into clear tasks together with the mentor;
• Keep documentation up-to-date and ensure a common understanding of goals, tasks and processes between all participants project;
• Monitor deadlines, update task statuses, create checklists;
• Participate in daily meetings, demos, retrospectives;
• Coordinate a team of developers, designers, QA;
• Be close to the team - help, support, understand.
